Meet Sarah Rudd

(She/Her)
Physiotherapist
Three words to describe me:
Warm, compassionate and invested
Consulting days:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Qualifications & Experience:

Sarah has gained extensive experience as a physio having worked across private and public hospital maternity care, as well as childbirth education, land and water-based exercise classes and aged care. Sarah joined Pelvic Health Matters more than 15 years ago. With a background in teaching mindfulness-based meditation, Sarah combines this philosophy with her pelvic health knowledge to cultivate self-awareness and positively influence the well-being of her patients. She  completed a postgraduate master's qualification in pelvic health and is an APA Titled Women's and Men's and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. In addition to working at Pelvic Health Matters, she's tutored physiotherapists in lactation disorder management at various locations, including The University of Melbourne's Postgraduate Pelvic Health Physiotherapy program.

When Sarah's not working:
She's either reading, travelling, kicking the football with her energetic son, practising restorative yoga or enjoying local food indulgences.”
