Ebony has recently stepped down as PSS Team Leader to undertake her masters of psychology.  Her extensive experience in customer service is invaluable as she continues as part of our Patient Support Services team. Pelvic Health Matters has definitely been the most rewarding workplace she's ever been a part of and she strongly believes in the service provided. She has a passion for supporting patients outside the consulting room and an empathetic and understanding approach when assisting them.
