Ebony is proud to be the Patient Support Services Team Leader. She has a psychology degree and extensive experience in customer service, which is pretty handy in this role. Pelvic Health Matters has definitely been the most rewarding workplace she's ever been a part of and she strongly believes in the service provided. She has a passion for supporting patients outside the consulting room and an empathetic and understanding approach when assisting them.
